  • As the Principal Architect & Engineer, Robert is responsible for schematic design, design development, working drawings and field review.

Schiedel Construction Inc.                         1974 - 1987
Engineer, Chief Estimator & Supervising Project Manager

  • Designed the structural engineering and architectural components of buildings.
  • Coordinated with Municipalities on planning approvals and building permit applications.
  • Designed over 140 buildings including offices, churches and industrial buildings.
  • Conducted engineering field review of construction for all projects designed in-house.
  • Developed programming, coordinated with authorities having jurisdiction for projects designed in-house.
  • Estimated and supervised all estimating activities.
